Ian is an associate in the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, where he focuses on business and commercial litigation matters. He has experience representing a range of clients from global corporations to local organizations in both state and federal courts. Ian has represented clients throughout all aspects of litigation, as well as other dispute resolution forums, and enjoys developing creative solutions for the unique, sophisticated needs of his clients.

Prior to joining Burns & Levinson, Ian was a litigation associate in the Boston office of a national law firm representing clients in product liability matters.

  • Represented multinational arts and crafts specialty retailer in contract dispute and collection action.
  • Negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of international home appliance manufacturer in claims for violation of the Consumer Protection Act and breach of contract.
  • Represented global semiconductor design & manufacturing company in claim regarding disposal of radioactive chemicals.
