Overview

Prior to joining Burns & Levinson LLP, Gus was an associate in the Finance & Restructuring group of Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP where he focused on representing lenders and borrowers in complex debt finance transactions, including asset-based lending, acquisition finance and mezzanine finance.
